There are currently no tickets available for this event, but you can still make a donation.

Join MFS to celebrate the first weekend of spring by eating delicious vegan food and learning to make healthy, hearty vegan sauces!

Back by popular demand after our March 2018 potluck, Colin McCullough from Colin Cooks Vegan will demonstrate how to make—and share samples of—three vegan sauces. As always, guests will enjoy a variety of vegan food at the potluck, and they are also invited to participate in a raffle to win a free private tour of MFS.

  • 12:00pm: Vegan potluck begins
  • 1:30pm-3:00pm: Heart and Amazing sauces class
  • 3:00pm: Raffle winner announced

Healthy and Amazing Sauces: One way to eat whole-food, plant-based meals is by making bowl meals: combining a mix of healthy foods then pouring on a delicious sauce, and you'll have healthy meals where everyone will be asking for 2nds! In this class, we will talk about the bowl-building basics, and 3 great sauces that will make healthy food addicting!

You can also take part in a raffle featuring a variety of vegan items as well as a private tour of MFS. The tour winner will receive a private tour for up to 5 people during MFS tour season from April-November.

If the tickets do not sell out online, we will have some available at the door. However, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available, so please buy your tickets in advance.

Drinks will be provided. Please bring a vegan dish to serve a minimum of 8 hungry vegans. Kindly refrain from using any animal products in your dish, including meat, fish, eggs, dairy, and honey. Check out these links for tips and inspiration:

Label your dish with your name so it can be returned to you at the end of the potluck. Please also attach a list of ingredients or the recipe for those with food allergies.

All proceeds from the potluck will go to benefit the animals of MFS.
